Yesterday, the final of the session of 2nd China Israel Innovation and Entrepreneurship Contest, Shenzhen Stop and Information and Communication Technology Final were held in Shenzhen.
Three items including Mudra waist wearing gesture recognition unit, breakthrough technology of ACoN and miniature radar biosensor for contactless vital sign detection and monitoring finally won after fierce competition.
The event was hosted by China Science and Technology Exchange Center, Israel Innovation Agency, Shenzhen Science and Technology Association and Shenzhen Pingshan District People's Government and undertaken by Shenzhen Science and Technology Development and Exchange Center, Shenzhen Pingshan District Science and Technology Innovation Service and International Technology Transfer Cooperation Network (ITTN).
According to report, 50 contests were selected and included for the preliminary contest upon mass selection stage in the contest, and 28 outstanding projects in terms of three fields including the information and communication technology, medical equipment and intelligent manufacture were finally confirmed to be enrolled in field finals.
The jury members of industry experts and investors from China and Israel asked questions and commented on the business models, technical advantages, team qualifications and market prospects of projects participating in the final in terms of information and communications, and raised practical advice for further commercialization developments of projects.
In order to promote the technology transfer and the transformation of achievements of excellent technologies and teams in Shenzhen, the organizer of the event specially set up the links of "connection of leading companies” and “one-on-one free companies”.
The project teams from the information communication technology, medical device and intelligent manufacture of Israeli side conducted in-depth exchanges with representatives from Shenzhen local innovation companies, incubators, technology industry park agencies and investment and financing institutions.
