Putuo District High-Level Management Personnel Reward Guideline (Trial)
In order to further push forward the strategy of developing human resources and talents, and improve the quality of high-level management personnel, this approach is formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of "Putuo District Talent Incentive Guarantee Policy Implementation Opinions (for Trial Implementation)" and in light of the actual conditions in our region.
I. the scope of rewards
In line with the development of regional industry, industrial and commercial registration, tax control in the area and to meet one of the following conditions:
1. identified by the regional headquarters of multinational corporations or well-known domestic corporate headquarters;
2. the previous year district tax revenue of 10 million yuan and above enterprises;
3. the district government focused on supporting enterprises, investment enterprises, recommended by the competent authorities, and the district talent review and approval.
II. the reward recipient
Enterprises in the declaration of the previous year annual salary of 500,000 yuan and above high-level management personnel.
High-level management personnel mainly refers to the general manager of enterprises, deputy general manager, secretary of the board of directors of listed companies and other provisions of the Articles of Association of personnel. The same unit when the maximum number of applicants not more than five.
III. Reward standards
(A) When the year to give no one-time award of 3 to 50,000 yuan, specifically as follows:
1. the annual salary of the previous year 500,000 (inclusive) to 70 million reward 30,000 yuan;
2. the previous annual personal annual salary of 700000 (inclusive) to 900000 reward 40,000 yuan;
3. the previous annual personal annual salary of 90 million (inclusive) and above the reward 50,000 yuan.
IV. procedures
1. apply. The employing unit shall apply to the District Talent Center, and the district government shall give priority to supporting enterprises and investment promotion enterprises, and upon the recommendation of the competent department, apply to the District Talent Center;
2. accepted. District Talent Center accepted and responsible for the first instance of the application materials;
3. double-check: District People's Social Security Bureau to review the application materials approved by the review;
4. review. District Talent Office with the relevant functional departments to review the application materials approved by the review.
5. funding. After examination and approval, the District Bureau of Finance allocated reward funds to apply for the enterprise.
V. Application materials
1. "Putuo District high-level management personnel award application form";
2. Business license and tax certificate;
3. Personnel ID card, employment certificate, labor contract, personal income tax certificate;
4. Other application materials
The above materials need the original copy, stamped with the unit seal, for inspection.
VI. Supervision and management
1. The employer can fulfill the management duties in response to the policy of enjoying talent, in case of termination or termination of labor relations, it should promptly notify the District Talent Center. False proof issued by the applicant, conceal the truth, or failed to fulfill its responsibility in the management center, once verified, cancel the unit within two years of eligibility.
2. Fraud, conceal the true situation of the individual, once verified, returned to the reward funds have been issued, shall not enjoy the talent policy in our region.
VII. Others
1. The funds required for this approach from the development of special funds in our region support.
2. This approach by the Putuo District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau is responsible for interpretation.
3. The Measures shall come into effect on the day of issuance, valid until April 30, 2019.
