On January 24th,President Xi Jinping exchanged congratulatory messages with Israeli President Isaac Herzog to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

习近平指出，中以建交以来，两国人民友谊日益深化，双边关系取得长足发展。2017年两国建立创新全面伙伴关系以来，各领域交流合作富有成果，为两国人民带来实实在在的利益。我高度重视中以关系发展，愿同赫尔佐格总统一道努力，以两国建交30周年为契机，增强政治互信，深化互利共赢合作，扩大人文交流，推动中以创新全面伙伴关系稳定发展，造福两国和两国人民。

赫尔佐格表示，建交30年来，两国交往日益密切，双边关系持续深化。双方在经济、农业、卫生、旅游和文化等领域合作取得丰硕成果，惠及两国人民。我高度重视以中创新全面伙伴关系，期待任内进一步促进以中关系发展。

Xi noted that since the establishment of their diplomatic relations, the two peoples have deepened their friendship and bilateral relations have achieved remarkable progress.

Since China and Israel forged an innovative comprehensive partnership in 2017, exchanges and cooperation in various fields have yielded fruitful results, bringing tangible benefits to the people of the two countries, Xi added.

Noting that he attaches great importance to the development of China-Israel relations, Xi said he is ready to work with Herzog to take the 30th anniversary as an opportunity to enhance political mutual trust, deepen mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation, expand cultural and people-to-people exchanges, and promote the stable development of the China-Israel innovative comprehensive partnership, so as to benefit the two countries and their people.

Herzog said that since the establishment of diplomatic ties 30 years ago, the two countries have been deepening their bilateral relations with exchanges getting even closer.

Bilateral cooperation has reaped bumper harvests in such fields as economy, agriculture, health, tourism and culture, which has benefited the people of the two countries, Herzog added. 王岐山表示，习近平主席高度评价中以关系30年来的发展，对进一步深化两国创新合作、推动两国关系进入新时代提出了期望。中以经济优势互补性强，两国合作本质是互利共赢，合作成果惠及两国人民，不针对第三方，也不应受第三方干扰。

王岐山与拉皮德共同签署了《中以创新合作行动计划（2022—2024）》，见证科技、卫生、清洁能源、知识产权等领域7项合作协议的签署。

Wang said the President Xi Jinping spoke highly of the development of China-Israel relations over the past 30 years, and raised expectations for further deepening the innovative cooperation between the two countries and pushing the bilateral relations into a new era. Two countries enjoy strong economic complementarity and their bilateral cooperation is mutually beneficial. Bilateral cooperation is not targeted at any third country, nor should it be interfered with by a third party, he added.

Wang and Israeli Foreign Minister Lapid signed an action plan for innovation cooperation between the two countries from 2022 to 2024, and witnessed the signing of seven agreements on bilateral cooperation in fields including science, health, culture, environmental protection, clean energy and intellectual property.

中以（上海）创新园联合以色列驻沪总领事馆、中国以色列商会、国家技术转移东部中心，通过以色列企业、项目在线路演的方式，在园区共同举办“中国-以色列汽车产业创新研讨会”。

以色列创新署国际合作部代理副总裁、华东师范大学兼职教授Avi Luvton，中国科学技术交流中心网络平台处处长颜晓虹，上海市科学技术委员会创新服务处处长刘晋元，上海中以创新促进中心副理事长钱海峰教授，华东师范大学软件工程学院执行院长蒲戈光教授，以及中以创新园（上海）有限公司相关负责人及学生代表约30余人通过视频方式出席会议。

普陀区副区长徐树杰、以色列驻上海总领事爱德华(Edward Shapria)出席活动并致辞。座谈会上，园区企业共同回顾了2021年取得的各类成绩。现场还向过去一年为园区建设做出卓越贡献的企业颁发了“宣传大使”“专业服务”等各类奖项，在“我们是欢乐的一家人”的气氛下，共同笑忆往事，展望明天。
